Senator Patrick Leahy is calling for an immediate hearing into the Justice Department's handling of the so-called torture memos. An internal investigation released Friday found that the government lawyers that authorized waterboarding and other forms of torture under President Bush were "flawed" and showed "poor judgment," but that they did not commit professional misconduct.
