Defending his call for government-run health care, Corporal Bernie Sanders today vilified insurance companies for engaging in the still legal practice of selling insurance:
"(Sanders) cited widespread support for his plan, which he said will eventually become law when Congress has the “courage” to stand up to those who “profit off human sickness.” (BFP, 12/16/2009)
Using the Corporal's logic, RedStateVT has put together the following list of businesses that are likely to be targeted next:
-- Supermarkets and food producers......for profiting off human hunger.
-- Clothing manufacturers...... for profiting off human frailty.
-- Luxury goods companies.....for profiting off human vanity.
