First Lois Lerner, Now Julia Pierson; Obama's War On Women Continues

Expressed
After the French mountaineering guide Hervé Gourdel was beheaded by an Algerian jihadist group aligned with the Islamic State last month, hundreds of Muslims gathered outside the Great Mosque of Paris to express their revulsion over the brutality of a group whose name and ideology, they said, was an insult to Muslims everywhere. (New York Times, 10/2/2014)

Great news. We have long argued that peaceful Muslims need to become a lot more vocal in denouncing the barbarians who have hijacked their religion.

Far Away
I came away thinking that capitalism better get its act together quickly if it wants to become a viable economic model. (Kristy Spengler, Vermont House of Representatives, quoted in The Essex Reporter, 10/2/2014)

There are moonbats and then there are Vermont moonbats. Yesterday it was the darlings at Goddard College inviting a convicted cop-killer to give the commencement address. (Why is a commencement address being given in October, by the way?)  Today it is Spengler returning from the moonbat climate change march in NYC wondering if capitalism will ever become "viable."

Who knows? Maybe someday capitalism can become just as viable as, say communism.  Here's keeping our fingers crossed Kristy!
